PURPOSE: A non-skid vehicle tire cover is provided to easily install non-skid tire covers without others' help even in the emergency of slippery road condition and to give an easy use to female drivers in particular. CONSTITUTION: A non-skid vehicle tire cover is composed of two sections in large which are a rubber band(20) and a fabric cover(10). The cover is made from fabric material and the elasticity of the rubber band on the both edges of the tire cover prevents the cover from being taken off out of the tire. In addition, a connection ring and 6 loops are effectively employed to add the tightness of the rubber band. As for the material of the cover area, rough fabric(i.e. fur) is desirable to increase the frictional resistance with road surface.
