PURPOSE: A skin wound protector which is adjustable with respect to a size of a skin wound, attached on the skin wound without direct contact with the skin wound and has a hole or a slide fastener formed on the protector for a doctor or a patient to easily see the wound is provided which permits easy ventilation to promote healing and reusing thereof. CONSTITUTION: A steel supporter(1, 4) is coated with a material harmless to a human body and placed on a skin wound without direct contact with the skin wound protector and gauze is then covered over the steel supporter. A slide fastener(3) or a winder is formed on a wound protector.
