PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a cabinet cover and a top plate for a tilting type drum washing machine is provided to prevent defective coating of outer corners of a cabinet cover from being exposed to outside by overlapping the corners by a top plate. CONSTITUTION: In a mounting structure of a cabinet cover and a top plate for a tilting type drum washing machine, a cabinet cover(2) is mounted to cover the front end of a top plate(3) by an upper end part, or the top plate is mounted to cover an upper end of the cabinet cover by the front end part. A control panel(5) is mounted to the top plate.
