Auto receiving and management method of public imposts notice

PURPOSE: A method for automatically receiving and processing a notice for public fees is provided to enable a client to save a waiting time for paying public fees and to distribute a business of a bank clerk by receiving public fees without waiting when the client pays various kinds of public fees in a bank directly. CONSTITUTION: A client visits a bank for paying public fees and prepares a service request paper(S10). The prepared request paper and a notice for public fees are inserted into an envelope. The envelop is inserted into an automatic receiving device(S20). The first printing unit of the automatic receiving device prints a receipt number, a date, and a branch name on a label attached to a label attachment paper. A detachment unit detaches the label and attaches the label on a cover of the fetched envelope(S30). If the notice for the envelope is received, a confirmation bill having the same contents as the first printing unit is printed and output. And then, the client stores the confirmation bill(S40). After the bank windows are closed, the received notice is collected and a corresponding amount of money is withdrawn from an account of the client(S50).
