PURPOSE: A device for automatically receiving a notice for public fee is provided to enable a client to save a time for paying public fees and to distribute a business amount of a bank clerk by receiving public fees without a waiting when the client pays various kinds of public fees in a bank directly. CONSTITUTION: A feed unit(110) receives an envelope including a public fee notice and a service request paper. The first printing unit(120) prints a receipt number, a date, and a branch name on a label(221) of a supplied label attachment paper. A detaching pin and a detaching induction roller change and induce a feed direction of the label attachment paper for detaching the label(221) from the label attachment paper. A winding unit(200) induces the label attachment paper through feed rollers(230,231,233,234) and rewinds the detached label attachment paper on a winding roll(250). If the label(221) is attached on the envelope including the public fee notice and transmitted to a receiving unit and a printing paper(320) wound on a supply roll(311) is supplied, the second printing unit(330) prints the same contents as the first printing unit(120) on the printing paper(320). A cutting unit(340) cuts the printing paper(320) as a predetermined length. A discharging unit(350) discharges the printing paper(320) toward an exterior.
