PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of medical plant soy and bean sauces removed from poisonous substances by adding various kinds of medicinal plants to soy and bean sauces while manufacturing them. Therefore, the manufactured medicinal soy and bean sauces have increased immunity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of medical plant soy and bean sauces removed from poisonous substances comprises the steps of: dipping medicinal plants in a charcoal solution or pyroligneous liquid(or Smilax china juice) for several hours to remove poisonous substances then washing them; mixing the above medicinal plants with charcoal; steaming the mixture thereof and followed by mixing with bovine bones and removing charcoal; forming the mixture thereof into meju and fermenting the meju for 50-60 days; dipping medicinal plants, garlic, onion, ginger and sea tangle in a charcoal solution, pyroligneous liquid(or Smilax china juice), or reed root juice for several hours to remove poisonous substances and juicing them; mixing the fermented meju, the prepared juice, a charcoal solution, reed root juice, Smilax china juice and octacosanol powder together; and infusing natural calcium substances from an egg shell or anchovies.
