METHOD FOR COLLECTING CONGESTION TOLL FEE AT TRAFFIC CONGESTION BLOCK BY USING RECOGNITION OF LICENSE PLATE AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING AUTOMOBILE VIOLATING 10TH-DAY NO DRIVING SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for collecting congestion toll fee at traffic congestion block by using recognition of license plate and system for detecting automobile violating 10th-day no driving system is provided to pay toll fee by using a contact type detection sensor. CONSTITUTION: A system includes a contact type detection sensor(3) such as a loop detector and a non contact type detection sensor(5) such as an image detector installed at a starting point and an end point of the congestion traffic block. The system for collecting the congestion toll fee at the traffic congestion block is characterized in that the traffic signal violated automobile is detected by using the information of the license plate without interrupting the introducing automobiles as well as the information of the license plate and the image is transmitted to the traffic management center by using the license plate recognition camera installed on each of the drive lanes.
