Swivel Device for Actuator of Full-Scale Aircraft Static Tests

PURPOSE: A swivel device for a hydraulic actuator is provided to apply an angular load to an angular hydraulic actuator by using a two-way rotating link including first and second pins, which are axially rotated. CONSTITUTION: A lower rotating member(3) is coupled to an upper portion of a hydraulic actuator(8). The center portion of the lower rotating member(3) is protruded such that a middle rotating member(1) is connected to the lower rotating member(3) through a lower rotating pin(4'). An upper rotating pin(4) is installed at an upper portion of the lower rotating pin(4') in such a manner that the upper rotating pin(4) is connected to an upper rotating member(2). The upper rotating pin(4) and the lower rotating pin(4') are positioned between the upper and lower rotating members(2,3). Two stud bolts(6) are installed at both sides of the upper rotating member(2).
