Urethane Board for Sandwich Pannel using Waste Polyurethane

PURPOSE: Provided is an urethane board for a sandwich panel using waste polyurethane which mixes waste polyurethane with a pure urethane foam material to mold the urethane board so that it contributes to reduce production cost. CONSTITUTION: The urethane board for the sandwich panel using waste polyurethane is produced by the steps of: (i) collecting waste polyurethane from waste construction materials and crushing them; (ii) adding the crushed waste polyurethane to a combination bath and then adding polypropyleneglycol to the bath with the same volume as the waste polyurethane; (iii) adding methylisocyanate to the bath at 1:1 weight ratio with polypropyleneglycol and then mixing; and (iv) pouring the mixture to a forming frame to mold the urethane board as wanted.
