3 BEND-SHORING MACHINE WITH THREE POINT BEND WHEEL

PURPOSE: A band sawing machine having a three-point band wheel is provided to improve working efficiency by cutting wide work pieces with forming a middle band wheel in the band wheel and adjusting the tension, and to increase the productivity by fixing the work piece on the moving bed with marking the width of the work piece. CONSTITUTION: A band sawing machine is composed of band wheels(10,20) turned by a driving source, a band saw(50) traveling on the band wheels, and a moving bed(60) transferring the work piece to the band saw. A middle band wheel(80) is formed between band wheels to guide travel of the band saw against the travel path of the band saw operated by band wheels, and plural width jigs(70) are formed laterally in the moving bed. Working efficiency is improved by cutting the wide work piece with forming the middle band wheel, and the tension is adjusted by varying the position of the middle band wheel with the transfer screw. The productivity is increased by fixing the work piece on the moving bed with marking the width.
