IEEE1394 DEVICE WITH USB INTERFACE

PURPOSE: An IEEE1394 device having a USB interface is provided to receive a driving power from a notebook computer in an IEEE1394 device connected to the notebook computer. CONSTITUTION: In an IEEE1394 device(10) connected to the notebook computer(1), an IEEE1394 interface(16) transmits and receives data to the notebook computer(1). A USB interface(18) receives a driving power of the IEEE1394 device(10) from the notebook computer(1). The IEEE1394 interface(16) is a signal input/output interface of a four-pin method which transmits and receives data through four signal lines. The IEEE1394 device(10) is a digital camcorder, a digital audio, a digital camera, or a hard disk driver which inputs or outputs data as the IEEE1394 method.
