PURPOSE: A surface treatment method of aluminum and aluminum alloy using micro arc having high heat resistance, scratch resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and non-tackiness is provided. CONSTITUTION: The surface treatment method of aluminum and aluminum alloy using micro arc comprises the steps of pretreating a metal to be treated(5); charging the metal to be treated into an electrolytic cell(1); and forming a protection film on the surface of the metal to be treated by generating micro arc in the electrolytic cell, wherein the pretreatment step comprises surface stress increasing process and aging treatment process, and wherein the degreased and washed aluminum alloy is charged into the electrolytic cell(1) by degreasing and water washing the metal to be treated(5) such as aluminum alloy(5) after completing the aging treatment process, the anode of DC power supply(7) is connected to the aluminum alloy(5) charged into the electrolytic cell(1) through diode (D) and condensers (C1,C2) while the cathode is connected to the electrolytic cell(1), and a certain electrolyte(3) is filled in the electrolytic cell(10).
