PURPOSE: Provided are a fermented feed for ruminants and a method for manufacturing the same, thereby providing abundant nutrients to the livestock and increasing the productivity of the livestock. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a fermented feed for ruminants is characterized by mixing rice straws pulverized into 3cm or less (20% or more), compound feeds (less than 30%) and wet by-products obtained from a food factory (45%) together.
