The present disclosure relates generally to the field of animal husbandry, and, more particularly to the feeds for high yielding animals, which are used for feeding high yielding cows during lactation and dry period. Feed supplement to the diet of ruminants comprises the protein-containing component and the starch-containing component, and the composition for regulating feed digestibility in ruminants, wherein the protein-containing component and the starch-containing component were heat treated together. The effect, which is achieved by the claimed disclosure, is a more effective and balanced feed supplement to the diet of high yielding cows, which provides animals with the necessary amount of bypass protein and bypass starch, increases animal productivity, expands the arsenal and assortment of feed for high yielding cows.
