Precise filtering apparatus using flexible fiber filter module

摘要

PURPOSE: A precise filtering apparatus using flexible textile yarn is provided which performs filtering of suspended solids contained in water and backwashing of a filtering unit more efficiently and enables filtration of a large amount of water with low permeability resistance. CONSTITUTION: In a precise filtering apparatus(1) using flexible textile yarn(8) which filters and removes various suspended solids contained in water, and washes the filtering media by seceding the suspended solids adsorbed in a filtering media, the precise filtering apparatus(1) comprises textile yarn fixed frames(2) which is equipped with an outer cylinder so that inflow water to be filtered is flown into the lower center of a filtration tank from the outside, and a plurality of holes for fixing the flexible textile yarn(8) and a plurality of nozzle holes for supplying compressed air to increase turbulence in the flexible textile yarn during backwashing are perforated on the lower part of the outer cylinder; an inflow part for uniformly radially distributing inflow water and backwashing water for even filtration of a filtering layer; an outflow part jacket(4) the inner part of which is formed in a porous plate shape to minimize resistance of the outflow part, thereby secure the amount of water to be treated to the utmost; a concentrate outflow jacket(5) for guiding smooth discharging of the concentrate during backwashing; and adsorbed particle outflow prevention plates(6) for uniform filtration of the filtering media and suppressing of channeling.
