PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing part structure of a PC steel product and a buffer material injection method in the fixing part of the PC steel product which can secure enough safety performance and fixing performance to a tensile fatigue strength test. SOLUTION: The end of the PC steel product from which an outer peripheral coat is separated is led out of an outlet 9b of a PC steel product hole 8 of an anchor head 3, and fitted to a fit-in hole 13 of a pressing grip 11 through an insert. The fit-in hole 13 and the PC steel product hole 9 are filled with the buffer material 15.
