PURPOSE: A basic block and a reinforcing method of a base ground are provided to construct the stable and excellent multi-stage revetment and to prevent accidents during the construction by certainly reinforcing the base ground of the upper revetment. CONSTITUTION: A basic block comprises support body(10) formed by a concrete; a PC(Prestressed Concrete) block assembling groove(20) hung the lower part of a PC block(2); and installing passages for anchor bolts(30) to install the anchor bolts(4) integrally by penetrating the support body(10) in the assembling groove. The basic blocks are installed after leveling the ground. Vertical anchor holes are punched through the installing passages. The anchor bolts are vertically inserted in the anchor holes. The anchor bolts are integrally buried by injecting grout liquid through the installing passage. Thereby, the ground to be easily caved in is reinforced certainly.
