PURPOSE: Disclosed are red pepper crusher and crush roller thereof to crush red pepper for long time effectively by composing input part, separation part of red pepper seed, crushing device part being composed of crushing part in order, by giving air cooling function and crush efficiency increase function in a pair of crush rollers. CONSTITUTION: This red pepper crusher comprises input part(T) being composed of rotative stirring roller(2), input room(1), input conveyor(5); separation part of red pepper seed(G) being composed of cutter(23), transfer screw(24), separation discharge plate(25); crushing device part(V) being arranged crushing part(31) having a pair of crush rollers(32)(33) in order. Input part(T) and separation part of red pepper seed(G) are connected with inclination flow plate(41). Separation part of red pepper seed(G) and crushing device part(V) are connected with subsidiary input hopper being formed in the outside of separation part of red pepper seed(G). Plural ring-shaped projection parts with triangle section are formed in crisscross with regular interval on surface of crush roller(32)(33). Plural incision grooves are formed radially in end part of each projection part. The wing is stuck to vent entrance by piercing plural vents around central axis in crush roller body.
