PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for producing oil-and-honey pastry, which applies starchy syrup and grains of boiled rice to the snack base and can make a large amount of oil-and-honey pastry continuously. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a tank(2) with a heater(1) for storing starch syrup(A) with maintaining a fixed temperature of the starch syrup, a first conveyor(3) installed inside the tank to be rotatably by a motor and a belt for removing an oil-and-honey pastry base with applying the starchy syrup to the base, a mixing tank(7) that has a spiral projection(4) inside and is supported by a roller(5) and a support body for removing the base coated with the starchy syrup with covering the base with grains of boiled rice, a rotary device for rotating the mixing tank at fixed rate, a second conveyor(12) installed to be rotatably by a motor(9) and a belt(10) to separate the oil-and-honey pastry and the residue discharged from the mixing tank and remove the oil-and-honey pastry to an oil-and-honey pastry tank(8) and a hopper(13) for supplying grains of boiled rice into the mixing tank.
