The present invention relates to a method for producing a sugar-free deep-fried sweet rice cake, the deep-fried sweet rice cake produced by the method, and an ingredient set for producing the deep-fried sweet rice cake. More specifically, the method comprises a step of expanding flattened dumpling through an oven, spreading syrup made of soy sauce powder and sugar alcohol on the expanded flattened dumpling (a deep-fried sweet rice cake base), and putting glutinous rice powder thereon. The ingredient set includes the flattened dumpling, crystal maltitol, soy sauce powder, and garnishes. The deep-fried sweet rice cake produced according to the method of the present invention uses syrup produced by using maltitol syrup as a sugar source, so the deep-fried sweet rice cake is sugar-free, and has lower calorie than a convention deep-fried sweet rice cake. Also, soy sauce powder is added, so a salty taste and a savory taste are ensured.
