PURPOSE: A wastewater treatment system using membrane activated sludge process combined with biofilm and coagulation process is provided to economically obtain high efficient membrane activated sludge process by increasing removing ratio of organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus and maintaining stability of flux and permeation pressure. CONSTITUTION: In a wastewater treatment system using membrane activated sludge comprising anaerobic tank(1) and aerobic tank, wherein the aerobic tank comprises a membrane(15) for separating and removing sludge, the wastewater treatment system is characterized in that microbial sludge forms a sedimentation layer in the anaerobic tank, raw water to be treated flows in a lower part of the anaerobic tank so that the raw water contacts with the microbial sludge sedimentation layer(5), a separate flocculation agitation tank(2) in which an agitator is installed is connected to the anaerobic tank, only supernatant liquid in an upper part of the microbial sludge sedimentation layer in an effluent treated in the anaerobic tank is discharged into the flocculation agitation tank, flocculant is injected into the flocculation agitation tank so that the flocculant and the supernatant liquid are agitated to coagulate phosphorus, wherein the wastewater treatment system further comprises an anoxic tank(3) for exhausting nitrogen, a plurality of raw water inflow ports(7) formed on the bottom of the anaerobic tank, and a support(6) installed at the inside of the anaerobic tank so that microorganisms are attached to the support, and wherein the aerobic tank is an aeration tank, and the flocculation agitation tank comprises an agitation tank(11) and a sedimentation tank(12).
