METHOD FOR APPLYING SUTURES ONTO RESECTED URETHRAL ENDS DURING SURGICAL INTERFERENCE

FIELD: medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: the present method could be applied at traumatic lesions, strictures and obliterations of urethra. Ends of resected urethra are sutured with three sutures applied circularly at 12, 4 and 8 p.m. by conventional clock face, anastomosis line is applied with thin layer of tissue medicinal glue. The present innovation enables to decrease relapses of stricture, postoperative complications due to decreasing ischemia in anastomosis area and improving its hermetic nature.
