FIELD: experimental medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should stop circulation in arteries of the 1st and 2nd order, correspondingly, from external iliac artery up to popliteal artery and those located under popliteal artery. Additionally, one should stop circulation at all the arteries of the 2nd order branching from arteries of the 1st order at section from external iliac artery up to popliteal artery, and at femoral artery below bifurcation. Moreover, this stoppage of arterial circulation is performed by application of ligatures. Moreover, one should apply ligature upon external iliac artery at the site of internal iliac artery branching. EFFECT: more simplified and efficient method for ischemic modeling.
