The mixer has a sieve grate (15) which is divided into two parts able to turn on two adjacent side walls (23, 24) of the chamber (5) at the front end of the casing (1) for the drive unit (4) driving the shafts (2, 3). there is a door (25, 26) in each side wall, with a door aperture from which the parts of the sieve grate can turn out to a second end position.
