The method involves making the base body (2) and axially adjoining tension sleeve (3) in one piece and providing a central axial bore (6) right through. The diameter of the bore is greater than the diameter on which lie the outer edges of the recesses (7) of the sleeve. Radial incisions and the recesses are drilled into the sleeve from the central bore using an eroding wire which is guided through the central tool socket (4) and axial bore of the sleeve. The recesses and incisions are preferably provided over the entire axial length of the tool socket and free cut section (5).
