The mixer has at least one mixer element (10, 11) which is mounted rotatable at a distance from the rotational axis of the output shaft (1) on a bearing socket (3) which is coupled rotationally secured to the output shaft of the drive motor. The mixer element has a drive wheel (13, 14) which forms with the mixer chamber wall a gearing so that when the bearing socket rotates the mixer element can execute both a rotary movement and an additional rotation about its own axis. Under the mixer zone is a delivery pump (4) which together with the bearing socket are connected to a drive element (2) coupled to the drive motor output shaft.
