The method involves providing an ultra-violet light as radiation source and preparing two kinds of phosphors, each receiving ultra-violet light and emitting light of different wavelength. One of the phosphors emits light covering two wavelengths regimes of three primitive colors and the other phosphor emits light covering the remaining wavelength regime of the three primitive colors. The UV radiation source may be an LED, electronic beam or plasma.
