The lock system comprises a first mechanism (A) which enables an opening after a predetermined authorization determination. A second mechanism (B) is also provided which enables the opening or closing of the lock system in a predetermined emergency situation, even if the first mechanism does not open instantly. The two mechanisms (A,B) are electromagnetic, and have Slidable bolts (24,25) which act on notches (8) or pawls (3) which block or release the toggle disc (2,6). In the event of a power loss, the mechanisms enable an emergency opening of the locking system.
