The sealing cap has a bottom section which has a recess accessible from its wall facing the cover and into which fits an originality seal securing element during the first closure of the cover. Locking means are provided in the recess which interlock with mating locking means provided on the originality seal securing element. The recess is designed in such a way that it enables a lowering of the originality seal securing element after destruction of an intended break point.
