The sun ring (25) has an external diameter twice that of the orbiting ring (30, 30a) and is mounted on a first shaft (22) connected to a rotatably mounted second shaft (18). The sun ring cooperates with toothed guide wheels (10, 10a) rotatably mounted on two parallel axles (16, 16a). The outer teeth of the guide wheels cooperate with the inner teeth (7) of a ring (6) rotatably mounted on the first shaft and connected to the rotary casing (4). Two parallel rotary axles (28, 28a) connected to the ring via screws (26, 26a) each support a bearing (29, 29a) that allow the two orbiting rings to rotate through 360 deg.
