Simultaneously with suction forces ultrasound treatment is given to the body zone. The head has a skin contact face which has suction hole (9) and an ultrasound generator (22) designed to vibrate the tool face. The head has a hollow cover (6) closed at one end by a wall (8) whose outer face is designed to come into contact with the skin. On the walls inner face is fitted the generator. The suction hole is formed by a central opening and the generator is formed from piezo-electric plaques placed around the hole. The tool has a cover (5) fitted with connections through which electrical supplies pass to the piezo-electric plaque and to a vacuum source.
