Use of bacterial complexes in the prevention of nosocomial infections, compositions containing said complexes, as well as particular strains contained in these complexes.The said compositions essentially consist of a bacterial complex, in the form of a powder, ready to be put into solution in water; the bacterial complex essentially comprises at least two non-pathogenic Bacillus, selected from the group consisting of B. subtilis, B. amyloliquefasciens, B. circulans and B. megaterium, each at a concentration of between 103 and 5. 105 cfu / g, with minus two non-pathogenic Lactobacillus, selected from the group consisting of L. paracasei, L. acidophilus and L. rhamnosus and at least one non-pathogenic Pediococcus, each at a concentration of 105 to 5. 109 cfu / g; such compositions are used for the production of an aqueous solution capable of forming a biofilm for preventing nosocomial diseases.
