PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial tire for an aircraft enhancing abrasion resistance and durability while retaining low heat generation property and high rupture strength.;SOLUTION: A belt ply comprises a fiber obtained by mixing and twisting an aromatic polyamide based fiber and an aliphatic polyamide based fiber. A covering rubber is a rubber composition comprising (1) 70-100 parts of natural rubber and/or synthesized isoprene rubber; (2) 30-0 parts of styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber obtained by solution polymerization and having a tin atom in the molecule, having a bonded styrene amount of 3-10% and 1,2-vinyl bonding amount of polybutadiene of 40% or lower; and (3) 40-65 parts of carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 65-92 m2/g and DBP oil absorption amount of 70-132×10-5 m3/kg; and has 100% modulus of 5.0-10.0 MPa and elongation of 300% or higher.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
