PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color registration slippage detecting chart and so on which can grasp the slippage amount and correction amount of color registration on a specific position of recording paper and capable of highly accurately detecting the slippage and correction amount of color registration through eyes without involving cost increase and enlarged size of a device due to increase in the number of parts. PSOLUTION: The color registration slippage detecting chart is provided with a reference color patch in which a plurality of straight gaps along a direction orthogonal to a color registration slippage detecting direction on a recording medium are arranged along the color registration slippage detecting direction by fixing or changing the sizes of the gaps and a detected patch in which a plurality of patches having widths corresponding to respective gaps of the reference color patch are arranged by successively shifting the patches in the color registration slippage detecting direction and a direction orthogonal to the color registration slippage detecting direction around respective gaps of the reference color patch.
