PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical paste kneading injector capable of simply fixing a partition device by a stopper.;SOLUTION: The medical paste kneading injector is equipped with a bottomed cylindrical cylinder having a nozzle part at one end thereof, opened at the other end and having an outwardly extending flange, the partition device which forms a housing space in the cylinder and is possible to advance and retreat, a shaft part provided so as to be possible to advance, retreat and rotate, a kneading part provided at one end of the shaft part so as to be arranged in the housing space formed by the partition device mounted in the cylinder, a piston arranged outside the shaft part and equipped with a handle part provided at the other end of the shaft part and a stopper for fixing the partition device to the cylinder on the other end side of the cylinder. The stopper is equipped with a flange mounting part attached to the flange and a partition device locking part for making the partition device impossible to advance and retreat in the cylinder.
