PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical paste kneading injector capable of preventing leakage of content to certainly knead the content.;SOLUTION: The medical paste kneading injector equipped with a cylinder, a piston and a stopper includes a cap 7 mounted on a nozzle part 31. The cap 7 includes an inside plug body member 71 including a plug body part 74 having an outer peripheral surface capable of being brought into close contact with the inner wall of an orifice part 35 of the nozzle part, an engaging base 73 for holding the plug body part, equipped with engaging leg parts 77 provided outside the plug body part to be protruded from the engaging base, and having protruded parts 75 fitted to the outer peripheral base part of the nozzle part, and an outside ring 72 having the engaging base of the inside plug body members fitted therein and tightening the protruded parts onto the outer peripheral base part of the nozzle part.
