PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method and device of a heat exchanger of a fuel cell wherein scale formation in the heat exchanger is suppressed, and an operation is stably continued. PSOLUTION: This device has a temperature sensor 6 to detect temperature 5 of heated fluid of a heat exchanger 3 exit and a flow control means 7 to control a flow rate of the heated fluid so that the temperature 5 of the heated fluid of the heat exchanger 3 exit detected by the temperature sensor 6 be not above a set value.
