PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering and building sheet, and an impervious sheet containing foundation cloth hardly damaged even when contacting an acutely pointed object and sufficiently fittable even to a rugged surface which exceeds 70 cm.;SOLUTION: This civil engineering and building sheet is formed of a woven fabric woven of synthetic resin with stress in 40% elongation being less than 0.88 cN/dtex and with stress in 80% elongation being less than 1.32 cN/dtex.
