PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electromagnetic wave sealed film for plasma displays that can make the increase of refractive index and improvement of stability compatible at a low cost.;SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the electromagnetic wave sealed film for plasma displays, an organic titanium compound layer 2 and a silver layer 3 are laminated on the surface of a macromolecular film 1. The method is provided with a process for forming the organic titanium compound layer 2 by coating organic titanium compound solution and applying ultraviolet rays, and a process for forming the silver layer 3 on the surface of the organic titanium compound layer 2 after applying ultraviolet rays. A process for forming the organic titanium compound layer 2 by applying ultraviolet rays, and a process for forming the silver layer 3 are repeated, thus laminating a total of five layers or more of the organic titanium compound layer 2 and the silver layer 3 alternately on the surface of the macromolecular film 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
