PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional modeling program and the like that can model a regular 3D mesh on real time basis for not only a static object but also a dynamic object and also ensures progressiveness. PSOLUTION: Range images 30 etc. of an object 20 are acquired by a plurality of respective cameras 25a etc. under given resolution until an end time or termination. A three-dimensional mesh model of the object 20 is created from the range images 30 etc. with resolution increased stepwise until a given time passes. Pixel values of the plurality of range images 30 etc. are first back-projected onto a 3D space to define surface points on the object 20, and the surface points are projected onto a virtual cylinder 40. The virtual cylinder 40 is developed into a virtual plane P in a two-dimensional space, and range values at the center points of rectangular pixels of a given size are interpolated with surrounding range values. The center points are connected in triangles to triangulate the 3D model.
