PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lesson achievement management system with which an employer and a lecturer hired by the employer can pay compensation and can make a request for compensation mutually at ease.;SOLUTION: A server device for lesson management to which a database for lesson management is connected is provided with a lesson plan registration means which registers lesson plan information with the database for lesson management; a lesson report registration means which registers lesson report information with the database for lesson management; and a compensation calculation means which calculates compensation for a lecturer who has registered lesson report information, on the basis of the lesson report information registered with the database for lesson management. The server device for lesson management is connected to an electronic communication line. A client device connected to the electronic communication line can be connected to the server device for lesson management, and the client device is provided with an information disclosure means for disclosing information after the lesson report information registered with the database for lesson management is transmitted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
