TRANSPLANTING DEVICE FOR HYDROPONIC SEEDLING

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for smoothly transplanting middle seedlings without harming them in the case of transplanting the middle seedlings from a seedling panel to a growing panel. PSOLUTION: This transplanting device for hydroponic seedlings is provided by installing a highly accurate transferring device 14 consisting of a ball screw 15 and a ball screw nut 16, and traveling the middle seedlings between the seedling panel 36 and the growing panel 36, and a highly accurate lifting up and down device 11 consisting of a ball screw 12 and a ball screw nut 13 and mounting thereat a seedling-nipping and holding device 20 having a nipping tool 21 opened and closed by sliding guiding rails 25, 26 driven by air cylinders 23, 24. The nipping and holding tool is provided by being constituted with 2 nipping plates 22 meeting to the shape of the middle seedling, fixing a water-guiding tube 28 vertically at the inside of it, discharging water without damaging the middle seedlings by installing a water-jetting port 29 at the lower end, and also installing an air-cylinder 27 and an air-blower 53 by taking a consideration not to upset or harm the middle seedlings due to make the transplanted middle seedlings in contact with the nipping tool 21.
