PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deterioration in communication quality in advance by avoiding increase in an electromagnetic coupling amount between a transmission antenna and a reception antenna in advance.;SOLUTION: In the case of mounting an ETC on-vehicle apparatus, a path difference between a path when a radio wave emitted from a transmission antenna 7 is reflected in glass faces 19a, 19b of a front glass pane 19 and captured by a reception antenna 8 and a path when the radio wave emitted from the transmission antenna 7 is directly captured by the reception antenna 8 is made to be an odd number multiple of a half wavelength of the radio wave emitted from the transmission antenna 7. The radio wave emitted from the transmission antenna 7, reflected in the glass faces 19a, 19b of the front glass pane 19 and captured by the reception antenna 8 is inverted in its phase to that of the radio wave emitted from the transmission antenna 7 and directly captured by the reception antenna 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
