PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement 1 by which a user can easily applicate a medicine onto a depressed portion in his back or others by oneself. PSOLUTION: A substantially spherical surface portion 7 onto which a medicine is applicated is formed at the forward end of the roller 5 secured substantially perpendicular to the direction of a handle 3 and rolling. And the medicine can be easily applicated by rotating the roller inclining it relative to the depressed portion of the back and pushing the substantially spherical surface portion of the forward end against it. Further, a cloth 27 for facilitating applicating the medicine is attached to the roller and the groove 25 for a gum band 29 fixing this cloth to fit is formed. Further, this cloth is made of a cotton material, has a generally cylindrical shape with a substantially spherical distal end portion and has a rubber portion for attaching at a proximal portion.
