PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to remotely control an information terminal or an information household electric appliance in voice, realize a personal identification of a user in remote control, and notify the user of the result of the remote control in voice.;SOLUTION: A voice input/output control means configuring a main control section 18 of a remote voice control adaptor 1 generates a voice guidance required for a user to control the information household electric appliance only when a user authentication means authenticates personal identification of the user, urges the user to utter voice according to the voice guidance, and captures uttered contents and provides a result of the recognition to the information household electric appliance 2 so that even a home having no PC nor PDA (personal digital assistants) realizes external control of the information household electric appliance in voice.
