PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom muddy water quality improvement device with a high concentration oxygen feed mechanism part for performing the improvement of water quality particularly in a closed water region such as a lake, in which the bottom muddy water is held to an aerobic state, and also, microorganisms are activated with an alkaline atmosphere by neutralizer scattering, so that the water is purified and the elution of phosphorous is suppressed. PSOLUTION: An oxygen feed mechanism part 9 consisting of: a floating body 1 to be floated on the water face 2a of the closed water region 2 such as the lake; an oxygen generation mechanism part 3 and an oxygen compression mechanism part 4 provided on the floating body; a submerged pump 5 as a driving source for inhaling water W below the water face 2b of the closed water region, and connected to an oxygen dissolution tank 6; an ejector 7 mixing the water W1 fed from the submerged pump 5 and oxygen OSB2/SBpressure-fed from the oxygen compression mechanism part 4, and pressure-feeding the mixture into the oxygen dissolution tank 6, and a scattering nozzle 8 provided at the outside of the ejector 7 is suspended from the floating body so as to be elevated via a hoist 10 in the vicinity of a bottom muddy layer T in the closed water region.
