PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matching system which ensures smooth agreement on construction of a building in a fallow land or the like. PSOLUTION: The matching system M has a land information registering part 4 which stores land information input by a land offerer in a land information storing part 1, a land information browsing part 7 which allows for browsing of the land information, a construction plan registering part 6 which allows a construction company to input a construction plan including the number of investments required and stores the construction plan on which the land offerer has agreed in a construction plan storing part 3, a construction plan searching part 10 which searches the agreed construction plan, an investment information inputting part 11 which allows an investor to input investment information including the number of expected investments, and a matching part 12 which outputs matching achievement information when determining that the number of investments required has reached based on the input investment information and matching data and stores the input investment information as matching data in a matching data storing part 13 when determining that the number of investments required has not reached. The land offerer registers the land information and allows for the browsing thereof, so that he/she can widely solicit for construction plans with regard to his/her own land. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
