PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost antenna and an electromagnetic absorption component formed using a conductive loaded resin-based material. PSOLUTION: The conductive loaded resin-based material contains, in its base resin material, a conductive fiber, conductive powder or a combination of them, and the ratio between the weight of the conductive fiber, conductive powder or the combination of them and the weight of the base resin material is from about 0.20 to 0.40. For the conductive fibre or conductive powder, stainless steel, nickel, copper, silver, carbon, graphite, or a plated fibre or particle, etc., can be used. An antenna element can be formed using an injection molding method, an extrusion process, or the like. A practically optional antenna, a ground plane, or a shield package that is manufactured using a conventional metallic means can be manufactured using a conductive loaded resin-based material. The conductive loaded resin-based material used to form the antenna, EMF absorption element, or ground plane can be made into a form of a thin flexible material that can be easily cut into a desirable shape.
