PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive material of high sensitivity and high resolution in a region of blue-purple light while excellent as the safe-light under yellow light.;SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains a sensitizer and an active compound which produces at least one by interaction with the sensitizer when exposed from one of a radical, acid, and base. The sensitizer contains the compound expressed by formula 1. Where, X represents a nitrogen atom or C-R⁶. each of R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R⁵, R⁶, R⁷, and R⁸ represents independent hydrogen atom or arbitrary substituent, however, two adjacent R⁸ and R⁵, and R⁷ and R⁶, among R¹ to R⁸ may compose a ring with one or ≥2 combinations.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
