PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the startup stage of load equipment without installing an additional device. PSOLUTION: An uninterruptible power supply 2 having a communication member 44 for communicating, via a communication cable 5, with the load equipment 1 for feeding power is provided with a plurality of detection means 47, 48, 49 which detect a signal or a voltage which the load equipment 1 transmits to the communication cable 5 during the startup thereof; a decision means 50 which decides the startup stage of the load equipment 1 on the basis of the detection result by the plurality of detection means 47, 48, 49; and a display member 46 which displays according to the decision result by the decision means 50.
